Engagement Models and Rate Structure

Engagements are offered at three distinct levels—light advisory, core advisory, and
embedded fractional executive—structured around monthly time commitments. These
models allow clients to choose the cadence and depth of engagement that best matches their strategic and operational needs.
Shorter-term commitments (e.g., three months) offer flexibility and speed to impact, while longer-term engagements are priced more efficiently to reflect continuity, deeper integration, and sustained value delivery. All models include time for strategic planning, execution oversight, coaching, and performance alignment.
Rates are tailored based on monthly hours and term length, with reductions applied to
longer commitments to reflect the benefits of partnership, stability, and forward planning.

Compensation Flexibility

Alternative compensation structures—such as performance bonuses, equity participation, or stock options—may be considered in place of a portion of the base fee. These arrangements are available where appropriate to align incentives with long-term business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Travel and Expenses Policy

All travel and expenses are billed separately at cost unless directly paid by the client. This includes airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and incidentals. Travel days are not billed unless dedicated work is performed. In multi-month terms, up to three travel days per quarter may be included in planning cadence (expenses still apply).

During the term of this engagement, and for a period of [three (3) to six (6)
months] following its conclusion (unless otherwise agreed in writing), Drew D.
